Cap d’Or es nuestra mistela de etiqueta negra. En su recolección se realiza una selección muy cuidadosa de las vides y la uva que van a dar lugar a este vino.
Esta mistela es almacenada durante 5 años de manera controlada, sufriendo un proceso oxidativo muy lento, un pardeamiento de sus azucares naturales y un realce de las notas pasificadas que se integran con el alcohol.
Cap d’Or recuerda a un vino fortificado dulce aromático, fino y elegante.
